In order to make the preparation of peas in a pod, you need to take only collected raw materials and rather young ones. Ripe or overripe pods will not work for this purpose. In addition, they should not have technical damage, mold or insect damage. After you have coped with the sorting, you need to thoroughly rinse them and remove the edges of the pod that are not suitable for food.
After that, it is necessary to carry out blanching to preserve the appearance and longer storage of the product. To do this, you need a container of boiling water, cold water and a colander. We lower the colander with raw materials into boiling water, keep it there for a minute and a half. Then we quickly lower it into a container of cold water and leave it there until it cools completely. Then the pods should be properly dried.
After the measures taken, you should immediately start freezing the product. This is done so that it does not become hard due to prolonged exposure to air. In order for peas to preserve their appearance and useful properties, freeze them in special bags or reusable containers. Remember to leave some space inside as the contents will increase when frozen. Or, pre-freeze on a baking sheet with paper, and then pack it in bags and containers. To preserve the shape of the raw material, place it in a container or a special freezer bag.

The easy way.
A simple way is to peel the peas from the pod, after which the spoiled fruits are removed. Then the selected peas are washed well with water and dried. Now we lay out the finished peas on a baking sheet with paper underneath and put in the freezer until completely frozen. Now we sort by packages and store as much as necessary. If the peas did not have time to ripen before picking, preliminary blanching is necessary, otherwise the product will turn out to be very tough.

Before the procedure, peas are cleaned of pods and spoiled seeds, after which they are well washed and dried. Now bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan and immerse the raw materials in several batches for three minutes. After this procedure, the seeds should cool in cold water, then dry. Now we put the finished peas in containers or bags and freeze. Blanching is necessary to preserve the appearance and softness of the peas.

This method is also quite interesting and simple. We start everything as in the previous methods.We clean the pods, remove the spoiled seeds, rinse with water and dry. Now place the seeds in ice molds and fill them with water or broth. Now place the molds in the freezer for twelve hours. After that, the finished cubes are removed from the molds and put into a bag or container for storage in the freezer.
