After the apple variety Health passed all the checks, it was included in the state register of the Chernozem region.

Apple health reaches medium size, about 3-4 meters in height. The crown of the tree is dense, the branches are located at a close distance. The crown is formed round and needs pruning, which should be done regularly to improve the functioning of the tree. The branches point slightly upward, especially at the ends. The trunk of the tree is smooth, without peeling, brown in color.
The apple tree shoot of the Zdorovye variety is thick, long, without bends. The buds are strongly pressed against the shoot, they are conical in shape with a small amount of fluff. The foliage of the variety is large, each leaf is long and pointed at one end. The base of the leaf is wide and rounded, a wave is observed along the edges, which makes the leaf compressed, therefore wrinkles appear. The leaf has two surfaces, one of which is glossy, smooth, green-green in color, and the other is matte, fluffy, mint shade. The leaf petioles are long and thin, because of this, the leaves begin to fall off already in the middle of the season.
During the flowering period of the apple tree Health, you can notice that many flowers are formed on the tree, they fill almost the entire surface of the tree. The flowers are airy, because they consist of pink petals located at a distance from each other.
Apples of the Zdorovye variety reach an average weight of about 150 grams. With good care and additional feeding, the weight increases to 200 grams. The skin of the fruit is even, but sometimes small tubercles are observed. The color is light, yellow-green. Blush appears on rare occasions. A layer of waxy coating is strongly visible on the surface, protecting the fruit from damage. There are few subcutaneous points, they are not visible due to the light color of the fruit. The stalks are thick, short, well attached to the fruit, so they keep them until the end of the season and harvest. Inside the apples are green-gray seeds, they rarely have time to turn brown.
The pulp of Health apples is dense, green in color, delicate, grainy, sweet taste with a slight sour aftertaste. The fruits contain a large amount of juice. Tasters rate the appearance and taste of the fruit at 8.9 points out of 10 points. Studying the composition, you can see that the fruits contain 0.9% titratable acids, 9% vitamin C, 9% natural sugar, 2% pectin.

Harvesting apples of the Zdorovye variety can be carried out in the first half of September or at the end of August, by which time they will ripen, become juicy and have a pleasant taste. Once harvested, they can be stored for about 3-4 months.
The amount of the crop stabilizes for 2-3 years after the first fruiting and amounts to 240 centners per hectare. The first fruiting occurs 3 years after planting.
