A dark green leaf blade of a large size, with a slight pubescence and a small-crested edge. Large white-pink flowers have the shape of a shallow bowl. Fruits are tied on any types of fruit wood, as well as on last year's increments.
The Taganay apple tree begins bearing fruit in the fifth or sixth year.
