The appearance of the apples is decorative, the taste is excellent. Fruits contain: sugars (11.13%), acids (0.35%).

The period of ripening of the Sochi giant apple variety is early autumn, harvesting is carried out on September 10-15, fruits are stored for fifty to sixty days. The tree begins to bear fruit quickly and brings generous yields. The immunity to fungal diseases is high.
