The inner content of the fruit is white, medium dense, tender, fine grain, very juicy, sweet and sour, strong aromatic properties. Fruits contain: sugars (7.7%), titratable acids (0.68%), ascorbic acid (8.9 mg per hundred grams). Removable ripeness falls on September 15, fruits are stored until January-February days.
Fruit is good to eat fresh.
