Apple-tree Memory to Sergeev is a hybrid form obtained by crossing C6-47 and the Prima apple tree variety. Hybridization took place in 1971 by L. M. Sergeev. All work was carried out at the SKZNIISiV. Breeder S.N. Artyukh used the mutation method to develop a novelty.

The apple tree variety Pamyat Sergeevu was included in the list of the State Register in Russia. The use of the novelty was intended for gardening in the North Caucasus. Later, the spread of the resulting variety began deep in the south of Russia.

The oval-shaped crown, when it reaches maturity, takes the form of a wide oval.
