The Apple tree is an autumn one, developed at the Dubovsky support point for the selection of fruit crops of the Lower Volga Research Institute of Agriculture by crossing such varieties of apples as "Chinese bellefleur" and "champagne renete", thanks to the work of a group of selection specialists R.V. Korneev and L.K. Zhukova. The apple variety Majornoe is widespread in the city of Volgograd.

The apple tree of the Majornoe variety grows small in size, the crown is in the form of a regular circle or a wide circle, the branches are quite thick. The branches are light brown in color, with a red tint, there is a strong pubescence. Lentils are small in size, in the form of a regular circle. The flesh of the apple-tree Majornoe is snow-white, the density is estimated as average, the taste is sour and sweet at the same time, there is a spice, amazing taste.
The crop is well attached to the branches. This variety of apples is autumnal in terms of ripening. Removable ripeness and consumer ripeness come at the end of the first autumn month. It is possible to keep fruits until the winter season.
