The leaf plates are large, elongated, the sharpening is small, serrate and crenate at the edges, there is slight corrugation, practically no pubescence, the nerve is assessed as coarse. The color is dark and green at the same time, the foliage is glossy. The petiole is elongated, of ordinary size, greenish color with small stipules, the shape resembles a half moon.
The flowers are large, snow-white in color, with a pleasant aroma. The petals are in the form of a regular oval, wavy. Pistils are of regular size. The stigmas of the pistils are located identically to the anthers.

The harvest is large enough, the weight of one fruit is not more than seventy grams, the shape of the correct circle, tapers slightly towards the cup. The color of the crop is rich. The greenish and yellowish color simultaneously covers the whole apple at the same time, there is a purple ebb, on the part where the sun's rays fall, the ebb becomes darker. The fruit stem is elongated, rather thin, and crooked. Funnel of ordinary size, acute conical shape. The calyx is usually completely closed, the saucer is small, rather wide, there are small grooves. The tube, located under the cup, is elongated, rather narrow, the shape resembles a funnel. The axle part is not attached with the seed chambers.
The pulp of the Loiko apple tree is pinkish in color, the density is estimated as medium, the granularity is fine, filled with a lot of juice, the taste is sweet and sour at the same time, there are fruits with an astringent taste, the aroma is not pronounced.
