Apple tree Alpek appeared in the Scientific Research Institute of the Siberian District. The author of the variety is M. Lisavenko, who carried out the crossing. After the appearance of the variety, various checks were carried out over it, which determined the characteristics of the variety. The checks were carried out by I. Kalinin, Z. Grankina, E. Orekhova and N. Dorokhina.
The Alpek apple variety was included in the state register, after which it began to gain popularity and spread in many other regions.

The Alpek apple tree is of an average height of about 3 meters. When fully formed, the crown becomes wide and resembles an elongated oval in shape. The branches are at a distant distance from each other, so the fruits develop well and do not interfere with each other. The branches are quite small in diameter. The main fruit formation is carried out on annual branches.
The shoots of the Alpek apple tree are very small with a slight bend. Shoot of a brownish tint with a green tint. The foliage of the tree is dense, the leaf itself is medium in size, it is slightly compressed in the center, so the edges of the leaf are raised up. Emerald-colored foliage with small white veins inside, which stand out strongly from the main color. The petiole is short, but thick.

Inside the apple there is a delicate pulp, it is tender with a slight pinkish tinge. Sweetness prevails in taste. The tasters rate the fruits of the Alpek apple tree as 9 points out of 10 points. Gardeners are strongly attracted by the smell of apple and fruit, it resembles the aroma of vanilla. If we consider the composition of the fruit from the side of chemistry, then apples contain titratable acids 12%, P-active substances 3%, pectin substances 10%, tannins 1%, vitamin C 13%.

The Alpek apple tree belongs to the late varieties, so the flowering and ripening process is carried out late. Harvesting begins at the end of the summer period or early September. Maturity directly depends on the amount of heat and feeding. The first crop will appear 3 years after planting. The Alpek apple variety has a regular harvest regardless of the year, so the gardener may not worry about this. Apples are considered universal, so they can be used everywhere. After harvest, the fruit can be stored for about 3-3.5 months in a cool place.
