The shrub of the felt cherry variety Vostochnaya is small in size, reaches one hundred and fifty centimeters, neat. The branches are strong, dense, grow straight, gray in color, rough, there are transverse lentils. One-year-old seedlings have a brown color of shoots, covered with villi. The buds are small in size, elongated into a corner, grow three pieces side by side, generative from the edge, medium vegetative, have hairiness, grow at an angle. Leaves are oval, about forty millimeters long, twenty-eight millimeters wide.

The cherry foliage of the Eastern dark greenish color, there is a slight reflexivity, elongated, angular end. There is ribbing along the edges, on the leaves there are villi on both sides. Cuttings size from five millimeters, small thickness, green, there are sharp-serrated stipules. The inflorescence of Eastern cherry is flat, small in size from twenty-three millimeters, has five pinkish petals, do not grow close to each other. The number of stamens is twenty-four, the pistil is one, has hairiness, the ovary is also terry. The stigma is located just above the anthers. The bowl is oval, elongated, there is hairiness on the back side, there are five leaves on the bowl, along the edges there is a slight ribbing, hairy.
