The inflorescence bears two or three flowers, in rare cases one, medium-sized flowers, twenty-five to thirty mm in diameter, white in color, by the last days of flowering they are repainted in pink. Griot Rossoshansky cherry petals are round, concave, often have a pronounced convex keel in the middle, which passes into the marigold, close or practically close. The flower is represented by a wide bowl or flattened, the pistil often bends in the shape of a hook, is located at the same height with the stamens or slightly above them, the stamens grow up to eight to eleven mm in length, the pistil together with the ovary is eleven to thirteen mm long. The calyx is in the form of a wide bell, swells at the base, the sepals are wide, lanceolate, in length the same as the calyx or slightly shorter, there are small, barely visible teeth that bend back a little, but often can be located horizontally, by the last days of flowering color crimson, so the middle of the flower looks crimson. Fruits are formed on bouquet branches and on annual branches.

Description of fruits

The average weight of Griot Rossoshansky cherry berries is 3.6 grams, the fruits reach twenty mm in height, twenty-five mm in width, twenty mm in thickness, the berries are flat, rounded, flattened on the side, the funnel is wide, small, the top is flattened, the end of the pistil is located in a small, not narrow funnel. The color of the peel is dark cherry. The inner content is dark red, uniform consistency, tender, soft, the color of the juice is dark red. Taste sweet and sour, cherry flavor, tasters' score is 4.2 points. The chemical composition of berries: dry soluble substances (12.2-19.4%), sugars (9.9-12.6%), titratable acids (1.3-2.1%), tannins and dyes (0.08-0.14%). The fruit leg is thirty to thirty-five mm long, one mm thick, it can be easily separated from the berry, but the place of separation is damp, the skin is damaged and the juice leaks out. The average stone weight of the Griot Rossoshansky cherry is 0.33 grams, which is 9.2% of the berry weight. The resistance to winter in the southern part of the center of the Chernozem region in the cherry variety Griot Rossoshansky is at a good level, even in severe frosts the trees froze only by 1-1.5 points. Flower buds perished on average over seven years by 6.9%, the maximum was not higher than 13%. Immunity to coccomycosis is weak, the disease affects the cherry varieties Griot Rossoshansky strongly, similarly and higher than such cherry varieties as: "Griot Ostheim", "Zhukovskaya», «Kent". Immunity to moniliosis is good enough.
