Plant
Currant bushes of the Argazinskaya variety have an average height and degree of spreading, and also differ in density. The main part of the shoots of a light green color has an average thickness, they are characterized by the presence of a bend and a pronounced edge. Small vegetative buds are egg-shaped and have a sharp apex with a rounded leaf scar. They are located singly and are attached to the shoots at an angle.
Argazinskaya currant leaves have a five-lobed structure and medium size. The green leaf plate with a matte wrinkled surface has wavy outlines and a characteristic bend along the line of the main veins. There is no edge on the leaves. Among the leaf blades, the largest is located in the middle and has several tubercles. For the blades located on the sides, smaller sizes and the same slightly elongated pointed shape are characteristic. Their tops have a versatile orientation, being deflected from the center along the lines of veins at a right or obtuse angle. The basal lobes are characterized by weak expression and perpendicular orientation of the veins in relation to the petiole. The base of the leaf is characterized by the presence of a small notch. Small notches along the edges of the blades have a sharp tip. The leaves are attached to the shoots by means of thin and rather long petioles of anthocyanin color, without the edge.
During the flowering period, currant bushes of the Argazinskaya variety are covered with small pink flowers, consisting of separate small leaves. Flowers are grouped by 5-7 pieces and make up medium-sized clusters, located singly or in pairs. On the thin light green axis of the bunches there is no edge.

Black currant Argazinsky: reviews of gardeners
- Polina Alexandrovna, Chelyabinsk region: “Argazinskaya currant is my favorite. In addition to its self-fertility and impressive harvest volumes, this variety has other strengths, for which I loved it so much. Argazinskaya currant bushes tolerate severe frosts, and also have immunity to such dangerous and common fungal diseases as powdery mildew and anthracnose. Pest insects also infrequently infect my currants. In general, some pluses! ".
- Tamara Vasilievna, Sverdlovsk region: »The Argazinskaya black currant variety is quite popular among our Ural gardeners. This is probably because the variety is incredibly frost resistant. It is not too difficult to grow this currant, it does not have any special “whims” ”.
