The berries are large, reaching about 1.2 grams. Each Akur currant is round, has the correct shape, black and blue. On the berry, you can see a small coating of a silvery hue. Inside the berry, there is a small amount of white seeds. The cups are small, closed.
To taste, sweetness prevails in the fruits of the Akur currant, but there is a bitter aftertaste. Tasters rate the taste at 7 points. Berries are used only in conservation and preparation. The chemical composition of currants contains vitamin C 1%, kakhetian 2%, dry matter 13%, natural sugars 8%.
