Plum Kuibyshevskaya blue was obtained by EP Finaev at the Kuibyshev Experimental Station for gardening from combining the varieties "Kuibyshevskaya Ternosliv" and "Renclode Bave". The plum variety Kuibyshevskaya was added to the state register in 1988 for the Middle Volga region.
Kuibyshevskaya plum: description of the variety and characteristics
Plum tree Kuibyshevskaya of ordinary size, grows quickly enough. The crown has the shape of a regular oval or ball, the density is estimated as medium. The foliage of the Kuibyshevskaya plum variety is of ordinary size and in diameter and length, the shape resembles an egg, there is a slight sharpening to the tip, the color is dark green, small wrinkles are noticeable, not shiny. The leaf plate is non-voluminous, the upper part of the leaf is slightly pointed, the base has the shape of a regular circle, no pubescence is observed. At the edges, the leaf is double-serrate. Stipules are of medium size and fall off rather early.
The petiole is of ordinary size, both in diameter and length. The glands are small in size, there are about one or two of them, the color is yellow, they have the shape of a regular circle. Inflorescences have single flowers, medium size, snow-white color.

The pulp is green in color, tender, filled with juice, inside it has one color. The juice has no color. It tastes sour and sweet at the same time. The Kuibyshevskaya plum stone is normally detached from the pulp, of medium size, the shape resembles an egg, does not have sharp edges, and is located in dimples. The fruits contain the following substances:
