The red variety is very sweet and juicy, yellow pepper has a milder and more restrained taste, and purple has a bright and pleasant aroma. Marconi is good for eating fresh fruits, but for these purposes other varieties will still win, since this variety has a dryish texture.

When Marconi is still in the form of seedlings, it has a rather weak appearance, and also grows rather slowly, unlike other types of sweet peppers, which were sown at the same time.

In our country and in the near abroad, Palanichko, the miracle was brought from Serbia. This variety has rather thick walls (about one centimeter in thickness), the texture is fleshy, contains a large amount of sugars, and this pepper is also very large in size. All these characteristics make pepper an ideal ingredient for lecho. But it is good not only as a spin for the winter, but also in a fresh version.
