Starting a conversation about the problem of dampness in the country, which most often affects residential buildings in summer cottages, the main reasons for the appearance should be highlighted: if you have a basement, then most likely it was he who was the culprit. In this case, there is a risk of mold, mildew or all kinds of putrefactive processes, gradually reaching the living rooms. There is no need to panic, but it is recommended to quickly establish the ventilation system - if it is adjusted according to all the rules, cleaned regularly and is in working order, then the problem will not immediately, but should go away over time.
