That is why hebride, self-pollinating varieties were bred.
There are a lot of these varieties and it is simply unrealistic to list them. But even out of this huge number, there are the most popular varieties. If you want to have fresh indoor cucumbers for the entire period, and not once, then planting of plants will have to be done 4-5 times. Because from germination to the moment of fruiting, at least 40 days pass. No more than six bushes can be planted in one standard box. You can start sowing seeds from September, then at the end of November you will have the first cucumbers. In one and a half, two months it will be possible to plant new seedlings. The main thing to consider is that the daylight hours for cucumbers should be at least 13 hours, so you will definitely have to put lamps for backlighting. Moreover, the temperature in the house should not drop below 19 degrees. Cucumbers love moisture very much. The taste and quantity of fruits depend on humidity. But everything should be in moderation, because an overabundance of it is as bad as a lack, because the roots can start to rot and your plant will disappear. It is also recommended to spray the leaves daily with warm water from a spray bottle. It is better to grow seedlings in a universal mixture, because if you prepare the earth yourself, you will have to tinker.
To sow the seeds, it is better to soak them beforehand for decontamination for two hours in potassium permanganate, or hydrogen peroxide. You can also buy a special soaking solution in the store. After soaking, the seeds should be rinsed in plain water. After that, you need to soak the seeds in plain water until they hatch. You can plant seeds in the ground when small roots appear, no deeper than 1.5 cm. The ground should be moist. After the container must be covered with foil and put in a warm place. After two or three leaves appear, the soil in the pots needs to be filled up, then the roots will be stronger. It is advisable to feed the soil in pots with fertilizers and mixtures that are also sold in any gardening store. The light should be uniform on all sides, and when six leaves appear, you need to come up with supports for the cucumber stalks. For example, completely wooden, or you can stretch the ropes. When the cucumbers bloom, the cucumbers need to be sprayed daily, and it is recommended to shake the pots a little. The length of the cucumber stem can be up to 1.5, but the longer the stem, the less yield. Therefore, in order to control and regulate the length, and the bush was thicker, the shoots need to be pinched.
It is advisable to put indoor cucumbers on the windows on the south side. But this is not necessary, they can stand anywhere, if, of course, you follow the rules of temperature, watering and light.
