You will have to try hard to grow this plant. Irezines love abundant diffused light, but in no case direct sunlight. Then burns on the leaves are possible. Over time, they can get used to the bright sun, but only if you give time to gradually get used to it. Irezine's room requires 15 hours of light exposure, so artificial lighting will be required for complete care. The temperature should correspond to the middle band. In summer, temperatures can be between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. In winter, from 15 to 20. In no case is it permissible for the temperature to drop below 12 degrees Celsius. In this case, the plant begins to rot. When it is hot, the foliage ceases to be elastic.
Irezine: irrigation
It is advisable to collect rainwater for irrigation, if this is not possible, then soft and settled water will do. In spring and autumn, it is worth making sure that the top layer of the soil remains moist. In winter, watering almost stops, you just need to make sure that the earth does not dry out completely.
Top dressing
It is worth adding organic and mineral supplements all year round. In winter, once a month and a small consistency are enough. In all other periods, the concentration of feeding increases and the frequency. On average, 3-4 times a month.
Irezine: external care
If you want a more voluminous and lush bush, then you should pinch the plant every year. The main pruning is done in winter. Thanks to this, in the spring, the flower will actively branch, and you will get what you wanted.
Transfer
If you have an annual strain, then you don't need to worry about that. Otherwise, periodic transplants will be required. Once every couple of years, when you feel that the plant is cramped in its pot. The soil should be prepared in the following proportions. 1/3 sod land, 1/3 deciduous, half of the remaining 1/3 humus and the other half in half sand and peat. Remember to put the drain on the bottom of the pot.
Reproduction Irezine
In the case of the houseplant Irezine, cuttings are best suited. To do this, it is enough to cut off the stem cuttings and stick them in the sand. At the site of sowing, a temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius should be maintained. If done correctly, the roots will appear within one to two weeks. The grown branches should be transferred to separate pots with a standard substrate. You should continue to maintain the same temperature as at the beginning of sowing until the roots are sufficiently strong.
Irezine: diseases
If something is not enough for the plant when leaving, the following series of problems may arise. If you do not prune often enough, then the Irezine indoor flower will itself throw off some of the leaves. Or, in another case, it can happen if the plant does not have enough light or moisture. Then if there is an excess of moisture and root rotting has begun, irezin will also lose its foliage.
If the plant does not have enough light, the stems are drawn in and the foliage also falls off.
Among the pests for irezin, the most dangerous are spider glue, aphids and whiteflies.
In the fight against mites and aphids, you can try a solution of garlic and tobacco. However, it is better not to overdo it with this, otherwise you can burn the bush. More gentle is the method in which the plant is washed with soap.
Glue traps help against whitefly, but insecticides are the most common. They are also often used against aphids. Acaricidal chemicals can get rid of spider mites.
With proper care, it will not cause a lot of problems. The main thing is to devote time to it and take countermeasures in a timely manner.
