A brief history of the creation of the variety

Pear Osnovyanskaya: reviews of gardeners about the variety
- Marina Stepanovna, Chelyabinsk region: “The Osnovyanskaya pear variety was advised to me to start growing by my friend, whose variety has been growing for more than 10 years. I liked that Osnovyanskaya pear tolerates winters very well, and here they can be cold. Also, the variety has good scab resistance, which is very important for me as a gardener, whose scab cripples many summer cottage crops every year ”.
- Kristina Sergeevna, Sverdlovsk region: »For me Osnovyanskaya pear is a very tasty pear variety. The fruit tastes sweet, juicy, with a light aroma. The pulp is light beige, not too dense, slightly oily, there is a slight graininess. Osnovianskie pears are perfect for both fresh consumption and for preparing fruit preparations for the winter, such as compotes. "
