At the first stage of ripening, the peel is glossy, thin, light green; when ripe, it feels a little oily, yellowish, with small grayish specks and brown specks at the stalk; well-lit pears have a red tint. The peduncle is elongated, even or slightly curved, brownish, even or at an angle, with a small bell and the first tip. The funnel is small, narrowed with uneven edges. The saucer is of an ordinary size, with slightly uneven edges, the bowl is half-closed, in a small depression.
The flesh of the Alexandrin Douliar pear variety is snow-white, tender, filled with juice, sour and sweet at the same time, with a pronounced fresh smell, good taste, the taste was rated by experts at four points and one tenth points - four points and five tenths on a five-point system.

It is possible to transport pears over long distances, but only if the fruits were harvested recently.

On pear rootstocks, the harvest time comes in the fifth or sixth year. It adapts well and grows on a quince rootstock and begins to bear fruit when it reaches the age of four years, forms fruits at an accelerated rate, and upon reaching the age of ten to twelve years, thirty-five to fifty kilograms of pears can be harvested from each fruit-bearing tree. The yield is good and fairly regular.
The level of resistance to winter and cold is quite good, flowers are insensitive to low temperatures.The level of resistance to the scab disease is estimated at three to four points, but entomosporiosis quite often affects a tree, it is estimated at two to three points.
