Black currant Zaglyadienie refers to varieties with an average - late ripening time of the harvest, was obtained at the All-Russian Research Institute for Breeding of Fruit Crops from combining such black currant varieties as "27-3-63" and "Sunderbyun 2", as well as "Orlov waltz", thanks to the work of selection specialists T.P. Ogoltsova and S.D.Knyazev. The black currant variety Zaglyadienie has been undergoing state tests since 2001.

Foliage with five lobes, large, glossy, wrinkled, leathery, convex. The central lobe is larger than the others; the upper part is pointed, elongated, with pronounced lateral lobes. The blades located at the edges are short, with sharp tips, the tops are looking in different directions, the tops are on the same line, the angle to the main blade is ninety degrees, the blades are located below, curves in relation to the base, a notch between the main blade and lateral small. The angle between the veins of the blades located on the sides is more than ninety degrees. The basal lobes are usually pronounced, the veins are extended. The base of the sheet plate has a shallow recess. The serration is large with blunt tips, the petiole is medium in size, has a color, has no villi.
The flowers are of medium size, the sepals are not bright. The brush is medium in size, ordinary density, there are villi, the fruit stem is of ordinary size, the color is brown and green at the same time, there are villi.

Black currant berries are a big sight, most often the mass of one berry reaches two grams, the shape is round, all berries have the same size and shape, the color is black, glossy, comes off the fruit stem without juice, with an ordinary number of seeds.
