Early summer varieties.

Summer varieties.
Harvest from these varieties can be harvested in late August and early September. Usually apples of summer varieties are eaten immediately, since the fruits of these varieties are not intended for processing and long storage.
The fruits are not stored for a long time, up to about 30 days. There is such a feature - they can quickly overripe and, accordingly, become loose. Summer-looking apple trees tolerate winter well.
There are a large number of varieties related to this species, for example: White filling, Dialogue, Yablochny spas, Grushovka Moskovskaya, Iyulskoe chernenko, Sergiana, Medunitsa, Candy and others.
Autumn varieties.
The fruits of this species are harvested around mid-September to mid-October. Apples are not always picked when ripe, as these types of apples ripen well during storage and remain fresh until early January.
These apples are great for making various types of preserves, compotes, and jams. This group includes such varieties as: Autumn striped, Cinnamon striped, Triumph, Zaryanka, Malyukha, Moskvichka, Oryol pioneer, Autumn Susova, Uslada, Chernovets and others.
Winter varieties.
Apples from these trees are harvested in the month of October. They fully mature only after several months of storage. Such apples can be stored for a long time and will be suitable for consumption until the next harvest. They usually have a rich aroma and taste. The apples are dense.
Trees are frost-resistant, perfectly adapt to temperature changes. This type includes the following varieties: Pepin saffron, Imant, Moskovskoe later, Antonovka, Alesya, Golden Delicious, Lobo, Renet Simirenko, North synap and others.
There is a division of apples by taste. There are three main types:
Dessert. These apples have high taste characteristics. Basically, they are eaten fresh, because they lose their shape during processing, for example, they can fall apart. Also, during processing, they can lose their characteristic taste.
Canteens. These apples are mainly used for preparations such as jams or preserves. Taste qualities are not as high as in dessert ones.
Universal. This name speaks for itself. These apples have good taste characteristics for fresh consumption, and are also well suited for processing, since they do not lose their appearance and taste.
