The stalks, which join the berries, are long and thick, about 5 centimeters, due to their size, they are well attached to the fruit, therefore, in a strong wind or full maturity, the berries are kept on the tree until they are harvested.

To the taste, the berries of the South cherry are very pleasant, sweet, but a slight sourness is felt. In appearance and taste, gardeners and experts rate cherries at 9.9 points out of 10 points. This is a very high score for sweet cherries. Each fruit is not only tasty, but also healthy, as it contains 13% of vitamin C, 10% of useful microelements, as well as 9% of natural sugar., 19% of dry matter.
