Antracol: description and instructions for the use of the fungicide
Content:
Anthracol is a fungicide used to suppress, prevent and combat fungal infections of fruit, vegetable, berry crops. This medication contains zinc. Which expands its spectrum of action. That is, it is more effective than most other fungicides. It effectively destroys spores of more than eighty species of fungi (late blight, alternaria, gray rot scab, mildew, black rot, peronsporosis and others). It is produced in the form of powder or granules, in sachets from one hundred grams to one kilogram.
Anthracol: instructions for use and the mechanism of action of the fungicide
Antrakol contains propineb. It inhibits the synthesis of protein components that are involved in the reproduction of fungi.
"Antrakol" is a drug of contact action, i.e. settles on its surface. Upon contact with it, the spores of the fungus die. A fungicide is also able to isolate part of an infected plant from others.
Anthracol for plants: method of application
All plants are cultivated in good weather, without rain from the wind. 10 liters is enough for processing 100 square meters.
When spraying apple trees, fifteen grams of the drug are diluted in 10 liters of water. Trees are processed from the moment the buds appear until the fruit is formed. This fungicide is used no more than three times. The last time was a month before the harvest.
The preparation Antrakol for grapes is used by dissolving 10 grams of fungicide in 10 liters of water. Spray three times with a break between each treatment of 15 days. The last treatment is carried out two months before the harvest.
Potatoes, tomatoes are sprayed with a solution obtained by mixing 15 grams of the drug in five liters of water. The last time you need to process the plant forty days before harvest.
The same amount of solution is prepared for spraying cucumbers. The only last spraying is done in twenty days.
Use with other drugs
"Antrakol" can be used in conjunction with other drugs designed to combat fungi .. But before using at the same time, first treat a small area and watch the reaction of the plant.
Antrakol: benefits
- Suitable for processing all garden and horticultural crops.
- Zinc content does not affect plant development, but rather has a beneficial effect on seeds, seedlings and soil.
- Resistant to rain. It is not washed off immediately, due to the fact that it forms a biologically active film on the surface of the plant.
- Low cost versus great effect
Safety regulations
Antrakol has a moderate third class of hazard. It does not pose a danger to humans and animals. But all the same, when using it, you need to observe protective measures. Namely, do not eat or drink during processing, wear a protective suit, mask, goggles and gloves.
Anthrakol is a young drug, but it has already established itself as an effective remedy against many fungal diseases.
