Decoction of chastuha. How to cook.
1 tbsp. l. dry alisma is poured with boiling water in a volume of ½ l, brought to a boil on the stove. The broth is tightly closed with a lid, the infusion is kept for 15-20 minutes, then filtered. Apply 0.5 cups 3 times / day before going to eat.
