If this is not done, then the bush will simply fall apart, and the buds will only be at the ends of the shoots. Every spring and autumn, the shoots should be pinched in half. After pruning, even a very strong flower will recover in just a few weeks, and its crown will be renewed. After flowering, faded shoots must be cut off.
